Who are attracted to challenges to lead the transformation of Network and Infrastructure Adaptation activities (Variations), driving the reduction of execution times and the maximization of revenue and operational efficiencies. This role focuses on optimizing resources and freeing up capacity to boost higher value-added activities and accelerate business growth.

This is a key role, both for its direct impact on results and for the regulatory commitments made with various administrations. Furthermore, these actions generate tangible value for the company, combining direct revenue with the incorporation of new infrastructure.

WHAT CHALLENGES WILL YOU FACE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead the transformation of the infrastructure adaptation process (Infrastructure or Network Variations)

• Participate in necessary meetings, both within the Department and with Regional Directorates, to understand projects, their motivation, their levers, and their monitoring keys, identifying both key people and organizations involved.

• Provide technical solutions for the analysis of infrastructure variations, defining and evaluating optimization alternatives based on technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

VALUED EDUCATION:

• Technical Engineering degrees or Experience in similar positions.

Que le atraigan los retos para liderar la transformación de la actividad de Adecuación de Red e Infraestructuras (Variaciones), impulsando la reducción de tiempos de ejecución y la maximización de ingresos y eficiencias operativas. Esta función se centra en optimizar recursos y liberar capacidad para potenciar actividades de mayor valor añadido y acelerar el crecimiento del negocio.

Se trata de un rol clave, tanto por su impacto directo en resultados como por los compromisos regulatorios adquiridos con las distintas administraciones. Además, estas actuaciones generan valor tangible para la compañía, combinando ingresos directos con la incorporación de nuevas infraestructuras.

QUE RETOS ENFRENTARÁS EN EL DÍA A DÍA:

• Liderar la transformación del proceso de adecuaciones de infraestructuras (Variaciones de Infraestructura o de Red)

• Participar en las reuniones necesarias, tanto dentro de la Dirección, como con las Direcciones Territoriales al objeto de conocer los proyectos, su motivación, sus palancas y sus claves de seguimiento, identificando tanto a las personas como a las organizaciones clave en el mismo.

• Proporcionar soluciones técnicas para el análisis de variaciones en infraestructuras, definiendo y evaluando alternativas de optimización bajo criterios de viabilidad técnica, cumplimiento normativo y eficiencia operativa.

FORMACIÓN VALORADA:

• Ingenierías Técnicas o Experiencia en puestos similares.
