The Engineering and External Support area of Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales provides maintenance services according to the SLA requirements of the projects in execution.

We primarily integrate digital production and IP video systems in Television and Radio Broadcast environments, which include all inherent processes for both preventive and corrective maintenance.

What will be your main functions?

  • Participating in incident resolution as second-level support.
  • Collecting data and logs in cases where the next level must intervene.
  • Installation of patches, updates, and preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for production systems.
