Tech - Analyst N2

In the IDENTIFY unit of Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech, we are responsible for the operation of data security, as well as the management of the Global Monitoring Plan and the various security information sources.

Your mission will be to prevent, analyze, and detect any exfiltration attempt or threat.

Design, test, and deploy DLP rules on endpoints, email, network traffic, and cloud platforms (SaaS/IaaS).

Define and maintain data taxonomy schemes and automatic/manual labeling policies together with business areas.

Prepare periodic reports on exfiltration attempts, risk trends, and key indicators (KPIs/KRIs) for the Cybersecurity management team.

Collaborate in raising user awareness regarding the proper handling of sensitive data and compliance with internal policies.

Analyze, integrate, and govern security information and telemetry sources (new and existing) globally, ensuring their visibility, quality, and normalization so they can be efficiently used by other operational and analytical teams (SOC, CSIRT, Threat Hunting).

Design and evaluate strategic detection capability plans aligned with industry security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS Controls), ensuring monitoring prioritizes the most relevant risks and attack techniques for the organization.

Experience

+ 2 years of experience in

Use of ticketing tools

Cybersecurity knowledge

DLP and data security knowledge

Blue Team knowledge

Knowledge of industry security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS Controls)

Technical knowledge

SIEM tools (Google Chronicle or similar), Forcepoint, and Zscaler or other DLP tools

Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel

Knowledge of ticket management platforms

En la unidad de IDENTIFY de Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech nos encargamos de la operación de la seguridad del dato, además de gestión del Plan Global de Monitorización y de las distintas fuentes de información de seguridad.

Tu misión será prevenir, analizar y detectar cualquier intento de exfiltración o amenaza.

Diseñar, probar y desplegar reglas de DLP en endpoints, correo electrónico, tráfico de red y plataformas cloud (SaaS/IaaS).

Definir y mantener esquemas de taxonomía de datos y políticas de etiquetado automático/manual junto con las áreas de negocio.

Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre intentos de exfiltración, tendencias de riesgo e indicadores clave (KPIs/KRIs) para la gerencia de Ciberseguridad.

Colaborar en la sensibilización de los usuarios respecto al manejo correcto de datos sensibles y cumplimiento de políticas internas.

Analizar, integrar y gobernar a nivel global las fuentes de información y telemetría de seguridad (nuevas y existentes), garantizando su visibilidad, calidad y normalización para que sean explotadas eficientemente por otros equipos operativos y analíticos (SOC, CSIRT, Threat Hunting).

Diseñar y evaluar planes estratégicos de capacidad de detección alineados con frameworks de seguridad de la industria (ej. MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS Controls), asegurando que la monitorización priorice los riesgos y técnicas de ataque más relevantes para la organización.

Experiencia

Uso de herramientas de ticketing

Conocimientos Ciberseguridad

Conocimientos DLP y seguridad del dato.

Conocimientos Blue Team

Conocimientos de frameworks de seguridad de la industria (ej. MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS Controls)

Conocimientos técnicos

Herramientas SIEM (Google Chronicle o similar), Forcepoint y Zscaler u otras herramientas de DLP.

Manejo de herramientas Office, sobre todo Excel

Conocimiento de plataformas de gestión de tickets.
