Tech - WAF Administrator

In the MANAGED SERVICES & INTEGRATION unit of Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech, we deploy and manage security services for end customers. Specifically, within the Integration department and after the sales phase, we will be responsible for implementing and operating projects involving numerous cybersecurity technologies.

Your mission will be

Implement and manage web environment protection solutions, WAF on CDN, and on-premise WAF

Propose, develop, and implement configurations and rules in security solutions to protect web environments.

Analyze data provided by the platforms and take appropriate decisions and actions.

Collaborate and maintain a continuous flow of information with the other departments involved.

Collaborate with the manufacturer's support for the security solutions.

Experience

At least 1.5 years of experience in WAF administration, especially F5 WAF, ASM, etc. Experience in large companies and/or e-commerce projects is highly valued.

Advanced knowledge of the DDoS solution from manufacturer F5 or similar.

Advanced knowledge of network protocols, especially HTTP.

Basic knowledge of web application architecture, especially in e-commerce environments.

Fluent English level for contact with manufacturers.

Education

Required:

Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.

Desirable

Advanced certification in technologies related to F5.

Required:

Native Spanish

En la unidad de MANAGED SERVICES & INTEGRATION de Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech desplegamos y administramos servicios de seguridad para clientes finales. En concreto, desde el departamento de Integración y finalizada la etapa de ventas, seremos los responsables de implantar y explotar proyectos de numerosas tecnologías de ciberseguridad.

Tu misión será

Implementar y gestionar soluciones de protección de entornos Web, WAF en CDN y WAF On-premise

Proponer, elaborar e implementar configuraciones y reglas en las soluciones de seguridad para la protección de los entornos Web.

Realizar análisis de los datos ofrecidos por las plataformas y tomar la decisiones y acciones pertinentes.

Colaborar y mantener un flujo de información continuo con el resto de las áreas implicadas.

Colaboración con el soporte de fabricante de las soluciones de seguridad.

Experiencia

Al menos 1,5 años de experiencia en la administración de WAF, especialmente F5 WAD, ASM, etc. Altamente valorable que haya sido en grandes empresas y/o en proyectos de E-commerce.

Conocimientos avanzados de la solución DDoS del fabricante F5 o similar.

Conocimientos avanzados en protocolos de red, especialmente HTTP.

Conocimientos básicos sobre arquitectura de aplicaciones web, especialmente en entornos de e-commerce.

Nivel fluido de inglés para contacto con los fabricantes.

Formación

Necesario:

Titulación en Ingeniería de Telecomunicación, Informática, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería de Sistemas o afines.

Deseables

Certificación avanzada en tecnologías relacionadas con F5.

Necesario:

Español Nativo

Ingles Nivel B2
