WHAT DO WE DO IN THE TEAM?

In the Security Cloud Services unit of Telefónica Tech, we manage the communication with major accounts on all topics associated with the Cybersecurity services offered by Telefónica Tech.

We translate our clients' security issues to our operational groups to provide a tailored response according to the client's needs.

We adapt the services provided by Telefónica Tech to the needs of the clients by creating tailored dashboards and reports that allow the CISO and security managers to monitor daily cybersecurity.

We advise clients' security departments on our services, experiences, and transversal vision of cybersecurity.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?

Your mission will be the security of the systems and architecture of our clients' services and infrastructure on their cloud platforms.

Your day-to-day:

    • Implement, configure, and analyze monitoring tools and alerts that may arise regarding cloud security administration for clients using CSPM, CWPP, DSPM, CNAPP, and ASPM technologies: such as Wiz, Cortex Cloud, or Crowdstrike. In these, we manage: account onboarding, creation of alerts and reports, integration with GdI and Splunk, improvement proposals for activating functionalities/rules/policies, and tool tuning.
    • Implement, configure, and operate native security solutions in Cloud Native: Azure WAF, Firewall, AWS firewall, Security hub, Inspector, etc.
    • Development of scripts for process automation and verification of monitoring tasks.
    • Review and improvement of security policies and directives of the regulatory framework used by Telefonica clients.

Experience

    • 2 years in a similar role

Education

Required:

    • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science degree, or equivalent work experience.
    • 1 certification from the following: Microsoft Azure AZ305, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Google Professional Cloud Engineer.

Desirable

    • Google Cloud Professional Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft SC100

Technical Knowledge

  • Management of Cloud check applications: Paloalto cortex cloud, WIZ, or Crowdstrike with proven experience, or native cloud posture solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Google Security Command Center, or AWS Security Hub.
  • Programming in Python/Bash/Powershell for automation and generation of controls.
  • Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and security, acceptable in Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (not for administration, only to record work and have knowledge of the request/incident lifecycle, SLAs, etc...)
