Harvest Workers

From Temporing, we are selecting grape harvest workers to work on a farm in the Lugo area. 

• Manual grape harvesting in the field following the quality standards established by the company.

• Selection and cleaning of bunches during the harvest.

• Transport of boxes and buckets with grapes to the collection points.

• Maintenance and cleaning of the work environment.

• Active collaboration with the team to ensure the proper development of the harvest campaign.

• Start date in September, pending confirmation, for a fixed-term campaign depending on the needs of the grape harvest.

• Full-time, flexible schedule from 8/8:30 AM to 1:00-2:00-5:00/5:30 PM.

• Salary according to the collective agreement.

And you, do you have the Temporing attitude?

• Previous experience in harvesting, fruit picking, or agricultural tasks is valuable but not essential.

• Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors.

• Availability to work full days during the campaign period (including holidays and weekends if the campaign requires it).

• Own vehicle required; if not, we will try to find a way for transportation.

• Proximity to the work area is valuable.

Desde Temporing seleccionamos operarios/as para vendimia para trabajar en una agrícola en la zona de Lugo. 

• Recolección manual de uva en el campo siguiendo los estándares de calidad establecidos por la empresa.

• Selección y limpieza de racimos durante la vendimia.

• Transporte de cajas y cubos con la uva hasta los puntos de recogida.

• Mantenimiento y limpieza del entorno de trabajo.

• Colaboración activa con el equipo para asegurar el correcto desarrollo de la campaña de vendimia.

• Incorporación para septiembre pendientes de concretar en una campaña de duración determinada según necesidades de la vendimia.

• Jornada completa, en horario flexible de 8/8:30 a 13:00- 14:00-17:00/17:30. 

• Salario segun convenio.

Y tú, ¿Tienes actitud temporing?

• Experiencia previa en vendimia, recolección de fruta o tareas agrícolas valorable, pero no imprescindible.

• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico y en exteriores.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar jornadas completas durante el periodo de campaña (incluidos festivos y fines de semana si la campaña lo requiere).

• Vehículo propio, si no se os intentará encontrar forma para el desplazamiento.

• Valorable residencia cercana a la zona de trabajo.
