Customer service - Swedish + English customer service in the San Sebastián de los Reyes area

On behalf of our client, a major multinational in the automotive sector, we are looking for customer service support in Swedish + English

Duties:

- Customer service and supplier support, whether by phone, email and/or chat.

What we offer

- 3-month + 3-month contract through a staffing agency, with a real possibility of transitioning to the company's permanent staff.

- Salary: between €20,000 - €25,000 gross/year

EUR 20,000–25,000 per year

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

- Hybrid work format (1 full remote work day per week)

- Previous experience in a contact/call center, customer service, or similar.

- Native of Sweden or high level of Swedish

- High level of English
