Do you have experience as a TELEOPERATOR or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in CENTRAL MADRID

✔️ Answering customer calls (Customers from ITALY).

✔️ Managing incidents.

✔️ Routing to other departments and coordinating vehicle and workshop deliveries and pickups.

🎯 Contract: Contract: 3 months with the possibility of extension.

💰 Salary: Salary: 9.71 euros gross per hour + Language bonus 0.89 gross/hour

🏆 Extras: One-day SELECTIVE training paid for by the company.

📅 Schedule: Working week of 38.5 hours/week. Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

🔹 Previous experience in customer service (automotive sector valued).

🔹Minimum C1 level of Italian, both oral and written, and minimum B2 level of Spanish.

🔹Good communication skills and customer orientation.

🔹Proficiency in office tools.

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
