Help Desk L1 | English, French, and German | 100% Remote (Weekends)

We need to bring in two Level 1 Help Desk profiles to join a stable project, providing first-level remote support to users.

The selected candidates will be responsible for answering calls, managing support tickets, configuring equipment remotely through web platforms, and providing assistance using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.

We are looking for people with a strong user focus, the ability to work in an organized manner, and a very high level of English, French, and German, since support will be provided in these languages. A C1 level in all three languages will be especially valued, given the international nature of the project.

No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity to join a stable, long-term project.

Precisamos incorporar dos perfiles de Help Desk L1 para participar en un proyecto estable, proporcionando soporte remoto de primer nivel a usuarios.

Las personas seleccionadas serán responsables de atender llamadas, gestionar tickets de soporte, configurar equipos de forma remota mediante plataformas web y ofrecer asistencia utilizando herramientas como Microsoft Teams, Outlook y Excel.

Buscamos personas con una clara orientación al usuario, capacidad para trabajar de forma organizada y un nivel muy alto de inglés, francés y alemán, ya que el soporte se prestará en estos idiomas. Se valorará especialmente que el nivel de los tres idiomas sea C1, debido al entorno internacional del proyecto.

No es necesario aportar experiencia previa, por lo que la posición representa una excelente oportunidad para incorporarse a un proyecto estable y de larga duración.
