About the role

From our company we are recruiting a CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR from the VETERINARY sector for an important company located in Barcelona

What you'll do

- Telephone customer service

- Resolution and management of incidents (quality and warranties)

- Advice on feeding questions

- Email management

How you'll work

- 1-month renewable contract (subsequent permanent hire)

- Salary according to collective agreement + additional pay for veterinary specialty

- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

- Hybrid work: 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
