What you'll do
- Welder with experience in MIG semi-automatic welding.
- Welding of large metal structures with continuous beads on thin sheet metal of 1.5-2 mm and ability to interpret blueprints.
- Depending on the candidate's proficiency, functions will range from prototype preparation, tooling preparation, preparation and tack welding of parts for subsequent assembly, to finishing and final inspection.
- Perform welding with a semi-automatic gun (thin sheet metal)
- Perform metal sub-assemblies
- Insert the components that make it up, manually or with a lifting device (hoist or overhead crane)
- Fix said components using jacks or other systems and adjust parts that do not fit well
- Tack weld the various elements
- Apply continuous welding beads in the indicated areas, MIG welding and semi-automatic wire welding.
- Interpretation of industrial blueprints.
