We are looking for a Training Technician for an important company in the training sector located in Palma de Mallorca. The selected person will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and comprehensive management of training activities, especially subsidized courses.

What you'll do

  • Planning, scheduling, and coordination of training courses.
  • Search, selection, and management of instructors.
  • Preparation of documentation according to regulations: specialties and/or Professional Certificates.
  • Management of subsidized courses from the SOIB: start notification, participants, group closure, etc.
  • Preparation of reports and monitoring of training activity.
  • Supervision of course execution, ensuring compliance with the requirements of public entities.

What you'll get

  • Salary: €17,500 gross per year

How you'll work

  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. + Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
