About the role

From our company we are selecting, for an important company located in Barcelona, a

What you'll do

  • Customer service (by phone and email).
  • Management of incidents and queries on SAP and Salesforce platforms.
  • Resolving questions and administrative support.

How you'll work

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Once training is completed, the schedule will follow Portugal time (10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) with 1 hour for lunch.
  • Holidays: Catalan public holidays are worked on a rotating basis.
  • Work mode: In-person training; after training, the possibility of 2 days of remote work.
  • Remote work equipment: The company provides all necessary materials.
  • Contract of 1 month through the staffing agency, with the possibility of renewal.
  • Salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement.
