From our company, we are recruiting for an important company located in Barcelona a CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER AGENT WITH CROSS-SELLING IN BARCELONA

What you'll do

  • Answering calls to manage incidents
  • Quickly identify the customer's need.
  • Handle a high volume of calls with agility.
  • Use several tools and systems at the same time.

What you'll get

EUR 16,450 per year

How you'll work

  • Temporary contract for 4 months, with a real possibility of continuity.
  • Paid training after passing the 45-day probation period.
  • 30 hours per week. Shifts:
  • 4 openings in the afternoon shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • 2 openings in the morning shift from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Salary: €9.40 gross/hour (according to the Contact Center Collective Agreement).
  • Immediate start.
  • Location: ONSITE - Carrer Cobalt, 56-58 - Hospitalet de Llobregat.
