📞 Position: Teleoperator

🌍 Language: Native Portuguese and Spanish

💻 Work mode: On-site

🎯 What you will do:

• Connect with customers and resolve their questions.
• Offer solutions and create positive experiences.

✅ Paid initial training. Training is carried out on-site, and once you are trained, 2 days of remote work are allowed. All equipment is provided.

✅ Schedule from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and once you are trained you will work Portugal hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
