About the role

From our company we are recruiting for an important company located in Barcelona a CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CROSS-SELLING CALL CENTER AGENT - BANKING FINANCIAL SECTOR

What you'll do

  • Answering calls
  • Customer service with cross-selling
  • Handle a high volume of calls with agility.
  • Use several tools and systems at the same time.

What you'll get

  • Temporary contract of 4 months, with a real possibility of continuity.
  • Paid training after passing the 45-day probationary period. Payment for the training once the probationary period has passed will be €7.40 gross/hour
  • Salary: €9.40 gross/hour (according to the Contact Center Collective Agreement).

How you'll work

  • 30 hours per week. Shifts:
  • 1 vacancy, shift from 09:00 to 15:00.
  • 2 vacancies, shift from 15:00 to 21:00.
  • Immediate start.
  • Location: ONSITE - Sant Josep (L1) and Av. Carrilet (L1) - Hospitalet de Llobregat.
