About the role
From our company, we are recruiting Customer Recovery Teleoperators for an important telemarketing company dedicated to the energy and telecommunications sector, located in Madrid.
The main function of the position will be making calls to former customers in the energy sector with the aim of winning them back and offering them new commercial terms.
What you'll get
- Temporary contract for 3 months with the possibility of extension + possibility of moving to the permanent staff.
- Salary: €9.71 gross/hour + commissions.
How you'll work
- Working hours of 27.5h. Shift:
- Morning: 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Afternoon: 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- TRAINING in person, selective and unpaid: from July 27 to 29, from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
