We are looking for Phone Advisors for our Madrid office (Hospital 12 de Octubre area).

YOUR MISSION: HANDLING TRANSFERRED CALLS

Forget about cold calling. Your day-to-day will involve assisting clients who have already requested information and whose calls are transferred to you. Your goal will be to advise them, resolve their questions, and close their insurance policy. Fast-paced management with real interest!

What you'll get

Permanent Contract from day one (stability).

Fixed Salary: €1,098.69 gross/month.

Top Incentives: Excellent monthly commissions. You can earn over €1,000 extra based on your results!

Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (1:00 PM to 7:00 PM) + one Saturday per month (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM).

Training with us: From September 7th to 14th, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It is in-person, selective, and paid upon completing your first 30 days. Very high hiring rate!
