About the role
From our company, we are selecting Retention Teleoperators for an important telemarketing company dedicated to the energy and telecommunications sector, located in Madrid.
The main function of the position will be making calls to former clients of the company with the aim of winning them back and offering them new commercial terms.
What you'll get
- Temporary contract for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
- Salary: €9.39 gross/hour
How you'll work
- Working hours of 27.5h. Shifts:
- 2 morning vacancies: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- 7 afternoon vacancies: 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
- TRAINING IN-PERSON AND PAID (once the probationary period has been passed): February 9 to 11, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
