International Clients Technician - Finance

Our head offices are located in Madrid city center and, within our finance team, we want to bring in a person with experience (1 year) in similar positions. This person will provide support to the International Clients area, in functions such as:

• Payment management: use of international payment platforms and management of documentary credits.- Accounting management of client accounts and collaboration in the monthly accounting close.- Debt collections.- Preparation of reports.- Contact with international banks.

Permanent contract (it is a stable position).- We have a dining room with a kitchen, where you can buy a menu at an affordable price, or if you prefer to bring food from home, we have refrigerators and microwaves distributed throughout the building (you can use the dining room even without consuming anything from it).- The workplace is located in Madrid city center, in the northern area, and it is very well connected, accessible by private vehicle (it is not a metered parking zone), by metro (line 10), urban and interurban buses and commuter rail.- The start date would be immediate.

What is the person we are looking for like?

• A person with administrative-financial training and previous experience in a similar department of at least 1 year and with similar functions.- It is important to have a good level of English (at least B2) to be able to carry out the work, since sometimes you will have emails in English and the occasional call in that language.- In addition to mastering Excel very well, as it is an essential tool in this team. Proactivity is also very important, as is enjoying teamwork.- Although it is not essential, we will value knowledge and use of SAP as a work tool.- We will also value experience in financial instruments.

Nuestras oficinas centrales se encuentran en Madrid Capital y dentro de nuestro equipo financiero, queremos incorporar una persona con experiencia (1 año) en posiciones similares. Esta persona dará apoyo al área de Clientes Internacionales, en funciones tales como:

• Gestión de pagos: utilización de plataformas de pago internacional y gestión de créditos documentarios.- Gestión contable de las cuentas de clientes y colaboración en el cierre contable mensual.- Reclamaciones de deuda.- Elaboración de informes.- Contacto con bancos internacionales.

Contrato Indefinido (es una posición estable).- Contamos con comedor con cocina, donde podemos comprar menú a un precio asequible, o bien si prefieres traer comida de casa, disponemos de neveras y microondas repartidos por el edificio (pudiendo hacer uso del comedor, aún sin consumir nada de él).- La ubicación del puesto de trabajo es en Madrid capital, en la zona norte y está muy bien comunicado, pudiendo llegar en vehículo propio (no es zona de parquímetro), en metro (línea 10), autobuses urbanos e interurbanos y cercanías.- La incorporación sería de carácter inmediato

¿Cómo es la persona que estamos buscando?

• Es una persona con formación administrativo-financiera y experiencia previa en un dpto. similar de al menos 1 año y con funciones similares.- Es importante tener un buen nivel de inglés (al menos un B2), para poder desarrollar el trabajo, ya que en ocasiones tendrás mails en inglés y alguna llamada en este idioma.- Además de controlar muy bien Excel, ya que es una herramienta imprescindible en este equipo. La proactividad también es muy importante, así como que te guste el trabajo en equipo.- Aunque no es imprescindible, valoraremos el conocimiento y manejo de SAP como herramienta de trabajo.- Valoraremos también experiencia en instrumentos financieros.
