Store Assistant

• Education: Secondary Education (ESO).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position.

• Residence: Preferably living in the town or nearby areas.

• Desirable training: Vocational training (mid-level or higher) in Commerce or a related field.

• Knowledge of:

  • Sales techniques and customer service.

  • Cash register management and payment collection.

  • Stock control and inventory management.

  • Product restocking and warehouse organization.

• Basic proficiency with computer tools (POS, email, stock software, etc.).

• Availability to work split shifts, including weekends and holidays according to the store's business calendar.

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
Hours: Split shift from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

• Unload, sort, and store merchandise according to internal procedures.

• Handle cash register payments and manage returns.

• Check product quality and verify orders.

• Conduct stock counts, inventories, and inventory control.

• Advise and assist customers, ensuring excellent service focused on customer loyalty.

• Set up displays, end caps, and promotional campaigns.

• Restock products and maintain the order and cleanliness of the sales area.

• Ensure proper product presentation and safety in the store.
