📢 We are looking for a MECHANIC (M/F/X) ELECTRIC VEHICLES! 📢

Do you have experience as a mechanic and knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicles? This could be your opportunity!

We are looking to hire an experienced professional to join the workshop team, performing diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of combustion, electric, and hybrid vehicles.

What you'll do

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

✔️ Provide personalized service and advice to customers.

✔️ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.

✔️ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on combustion, electric, and hybrid vehicles.

✔️ Work on high-voltage systems following established safety protocols.

✔️ Prepare repair and maintenance quotes.

✔️ Perform general mechanical work when necessary.

✔️ Comply with quality, safety, and risk prevention procedures.

Requirements

🔹 Specific experience and knowledge in electric vehicles (EV) and hybrids.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Initial 6 months (first month as a trial period), subsequent renewal of 6 months, and thereafter permanent incorporation.

💰 Salary: €28,000 gross annual in 14 payments (€2,000 gross/month).

🚀 Variable incentives: Based on labor turnover objectives, customer experience results, and cross-selling, with the possibility of reaching up to an additional €12,000 per year.

📅 Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00h.

📍 Location: you can choose between Alcorcón, Getafe, or Leganés.
