✔️ Resolve customer questions, complaints, or requests.

✔️ Provide information about products, services, or processes.

🎯 Contract: Permanent

💰 Salary: €24,000 gross per year for full-time work.

📅 Training: From 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. 2 weeks online and the last 3 weeks in person.

🏆 Extras: Training under contract from the very first day.

📅 Schedule: 30, 35, or 39 hours per week or a schedule chosen by the candidate. Morning or afternoon shifts. Monday to Sunday.
