Do you have experience as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/X) or would you like to take the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Resolve customer doubts, complaints, or requests.

✔️ Provide information about products, services, or processes.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Permanent

💰 Salary: €24,000 gross per year for full-time.

📅 Schedule: Workday of 30, 35, or 39 hours per week or schedule to be chosen by the candidate. Morning or afternoon shifts. Monday to Sunday.

📅 Working window: 8 AM - 10 PM. Morning or afternoon shift.

📅 Training: From 9 AM - 3 PM, 2 weeks online and the last 3 weeks in person.
