About the position

Do you have experience as a Call Center Agent or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

✔️ Assist customers of a well-known company in the retail sector through different channels (calls, email, and chat)

✔️ Provide information, resolve doubts, and handle incidents regarding their orders.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: 2-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension within a stable service

💰 Salary: 9.71 eur gross/hour

📅 Schedule: 9:30 to 18:00 (Split shift: 37.5h per week)

🏆 Extras: 6 days of online training paid for by the company

🎯 Contrato: Eventual 2 meses con posibilidad de prórroga dentro de un servicio estable

💰 Salario: 9,71 eur brut/hora

📅 Horario: 9:30 a 18:00 (Turno partido: 37,5h semanales)

🏆 Extras: Formación online de 6 días a cargo de la empresa
