English: High level (C1) - essential for meetings and communication with international partners  

Availability to travel: 6-8 trips/year through Europe (2-3 days duration)

The role

                                 Junior R&D&i Engineer Bizkaia in Bizkaia.

We are looking for a junior-mid level professional (with less than 3 years of experience) with an organizational profile oriented towards participation in R&D&i projects.

The projects are mainly based on thermal energy and HVAC in tertiary, residential and industrial buildings.

The ideal candidate will be an orderly, proactive person with excellent communication skills, capable of driving internal work, following up on tasks and coordinating efficiently with international partners, clients and technical teams.

We require the ability to understand technical concepts related to thermal energy, HVAC and energy efficiency installations, and translate them into project documentation and deliverables.

What you'll do

  • Manage and follow up on tasks and deliverables of European R&D&i projects
  • Collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring deadline compliance
  • Follow-up on the execution of pending tasks for both internal and external personnel
  • Supervision of milestone compliance according to project requirements
  • Actively participate in project meetings with international partners (in English)
  • Act as an interlocutor with partners, clients and subcontractors
  • Lead meetings by demanding compliance with commitments and tasks
  • Travel to Europe (6-8 trips/year of 2-3 days duration)
  • Prepare project deliverables with the information provided by the technical team
  • Prepare progress and follow-up reports
  • Prepare technical and administrative documentation for projects
