Occupational Risk Prevention Technician

 👉What will your main duties be?

• Assess occupational risks, analyze accidents, and implement preventive actions
• Prepare and coordinate self-protection plans, drills, and emergency protocols that ensure the comprehensive safety of personnel.
• Design and deliver training programs in occupational health and safety, ensuring that the entire team is trained and up to date.
• Conduct internal audits and supervise regulatory compliance, ensuring that the organization maintains the highest standards of quality and legality.
• Advise on legal obligations, coordination between companies, and technical requirements, keeping the organization always compliant with current regulations.
• Propose improvements in processes and organization to optimize safety indicators, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
• Keep the safety management system updated and operational, including documentation, digital platforms, and monitoring of annual plans.

👉What are the requirements?

• Education:  University degree + Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention with all 3 specialties.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position will be valued.
• Availability to travel every 2 weeks.
• Valid driver's license is essential.

• Evaluar riesgos laborales, análisis de accidentes e implementar acciones preventivas

• Diseño e impartición de programas de formación en seguridad y salud laboral, asegurando que todo el equipo esté capacitado y actualizado.
• Auditorías internas y supervisión del cumplimiento normativo, garantizando que la organización mantiene los más altos estándares de calidad y legalidad.
• Asesorar sobre obligaciones legales, coordinación entre empresas y requisitos técnicos, manteniendo la organización siempre conforme a la normativa vigente.
• Proponer mejoras en procesos y organización para optimizar índices de seguridad, reducir costos y aumentar la eficiencia operacional.
• Mantener actualizado y operativo el sistema de gestión de seguridad, incluyendo documentación, plataformas digitales y seguimiento de planes anuales.
