In this environment of innovation and commitment, we are looking for an Electrical Facilities Maintenance Engineer in Madrid📍, reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager. You will be responsible for the management, coordination, and supervision of the client's facilities, including fire protection systems, electrical systems, and control systems.

What you'll do

👉What will your main duties be?

  • Plan, supervise, and ensure the correct execution and quality of the work performed.

  • Collaborate in the design and implementation of maintenance strategies (preventive, corrective, predictive).

  • Manage material resources; inventories, orders, and tools, with the aim of maximizing operational efficiency.

  • Control invoicing and prepare budgets.

  • Ensure quality of work, regulatory compliance, occupational safety, and resolution of non-conformities.

  • Lead, motivate, and train the team; performance evaluation, staff selection, and human resources planning.

  • Update documentation (references and documents) regarding the regulations applicable to the client's facilities and equipment. 

  • Prepare reports and work protocols.
