• Record all daily preventive and corrective actions.
• Resolve technical issues affecting both guests and the team.
• Support activities with external companies and provide technical support to guests and colleagues.
• Manage materials and spare parts, and propose improvements in processes.
• Offer warm, professional treatment to everyone who interacts with the maintenance team.
• Comply with the Environmental Management System to preserve our surroundings. 🌍
