Be the person in charge of the night reception, managing all tasks related to the guests' stay to ensure their total satisfaction.

• Perform the night audit 📊
• Attend to and advise guests at the front desk and by phone ☎️
• Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, billing, and cash register 💳
• Resolve issues and complaints with a smile 😊
• Coordinate with other departments so everything runs perfectly 🔄
• Keep your area in order and report any anomalies 🔧
• Comply with and collaborate on environmental and energy management systems 🌱
• Ensure compliance with regulations and compliance systems ⚖️

• Degree in Tourism 🎓
• Minimum 3 years in a similar position, ideally in 4 and 5-star hotels ⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Experience with VIP guests 👑
• Knowledge of hotel management software
