VÍTALY is born from the fusion between two giants of the OHS sector, Grupo Preving and Cualtis. This fusion results in the birth of a new identity: VÍTALY. We have decided to commit to a common purpose: promoting the well-being of people.

The new company has a national service infrastructure, composed of 283 owned centers, 110 mobile units for conducting health examinations, 23 mobile units for practical training, and 15 specialized centers for advanced training.
