What will your role be?

In the Advisory team, you will carry out the comprehensive management and coordination of BIM projects in Building and Infrastructure, and in the Roads team, for linear infrastructure projects; both including models, technical documentation (BEP, MIDP, MPDT, RACI matrix), CDE management and collaborative platforms, clash detection, and quality control. For the Rail & Transit vacancy, you will reinforce the design and drafting team for railway projects. Participation in the implementation and continuous improvement of the BIM methodology together with the WSP Spain team.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for professionals with a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Degree or ICCP Master's), preferably complemented by a Master's in BIM Management from a recognized institution.

A minimum experience of 5 to 10 years in the development of building and/or infrastructure projects is required, having performed functions as a BIM Manager, Coordinator, or BIM Supervisor for at least 3 to 5 years.

Experience in the review, validation, and implementation of multidisciplinary BIM models, as well as in the management of BIM requirements for public sector clients, is essential.

Advanced proficiency in tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, ISTRAM, Navisworks, or Solibri will be valued, along with experience in BIM viewers, CDE platforms (especially Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360), BIM interoperability, and handling of the IFC standard.
