About the role

Due to the significant growth experienced in the Building | WSP sector, we are looking to enhance the capabilities of our Industrial | WSP team in Madrid by adding a Project Manager.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will include leading and managing projects from the proposal development phase, through preparation, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring compliance with established objectives; acting as Project Manager on key projects, supervising the team of architects and engineers, and maintaining fluid and effective communication with clients; and overseeing as Quality Manager, reviewing and validating technical reports, drawings, specifications, measurements, and budgets, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the quality standards defined for strategic projects.

What we're looking for

What are we looking to add to the team?
We are looking for a profile with a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (recognized in Spain), with at least 2 years of experience leading and managing design teams in building projects, as well as a minimum track record of 10 years in the design, development, and coordination of building, transportation, or infrastructure projects, including the preparation of drawings, drafting of specifications, and cost estimation. Experience in developing technical proposals and preparing economic bids for clients will be valued, as well as advanced proficiency in BIM environments, especially Autodesk Revit. An advanced level of Spanish and English (C1) is essential, along with availability for occasional travel both nationally and internationally, and knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project.
