Experience in developing technical proposals and preparing economic bids for clients, as well as advanced proficiency in BIM environments, especially Autodesk Revit, will be valued. An advanced level of Spanish and English (C1) is essential, as is availability for occasional travel both nationally and internationally, and knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project.

What is the role?
Your main functions will include leading and managing projects from the proposal phase through preparation, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring the fulfillment of established objectives; acting as Project Manager on key projects, supervising the team of architects and engineers, and maintaining fluid and effective communication with clients; and supervising as Quality Manager, reviewing and validating technical reports, plans, specifications, measurements, and budgets, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and the quality standards defined for strategic projects.
