We are expanding our Building | WSP team in Madrid, Valencia, Santander or Valladolid, and we are looking to bring in BIM Modelers with motivation and a desire to keep growing in an international company.

You will take part in real projects from day one, as part of a collaborative technical team, actively participating in the design, modeling and coordination of projects across different areas of Building, such as Residential, Offices, Hotels, Industrial, Data Centers, Electrical and Mechanical Installations, and Structures.

Your main duties will include modeling and developing projects using BIM methodology (Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, among others), preparing drawings, construction details and technical documentation, as well as updating and managing "as-built" models during construction execution. You will also work closely with the design team, the site management team and contractors, and take part in the continuous improvement of internal BIM standards and processes.

We are looking for profiles with technical training (Engineering, Architecture or a Higher Degree in Building Projects), experience in projects developed using BIM methodology and a track record of 3 to 5 years as a BIM Modeler. Proficiency in Revit (architecture, structures or MEP) is required, as well as knowledge of AutoCAD, and an intermediate English level equivalent to B1–B2.

Participarás en proyectos reales desde el primer día, formando parte de un equipo técnico colaborativo, participando activamente en el diseño, modelado y coordinación de proyectos en diferentes áreas de la Edificación, como Residencial, Oficinas, Hoteles, Industrial, Data Centers, Instalaciones Eléctricas y Mecánicas y Estructuras.

Entre tus principales funciones estarán el modelado y desarrollo de proyectos con metodología BIM (Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, entre otros), la elaboración de planos, detalles constructivos y documentación técnica, así como la actualización y gestión de modelos “as-built” durante la ejecución de obra. También colaborarás estrechamente con el equipo de diseño, la dirección facultativa y los contratistas, y participarás en la mejora continua de los estándares y procesos BIM internos.

Buscamos perfiles con formación técnica (Ingeniería, Arquitectura o CFGS en Proyectos de Edificación), experiencia en proyectos desarrollados con metodología BIM y una trayectoria de 3 a 5 años como Modelador/a BIM. Se requiere dominio de Revit (arquitectura, estructuras o MEP), así como manejo de AutoCAD, y un nivel de inglés intermedio equivalente a B1–B2.
