Bridge Rehabilitation Specialist Engineer

We are expanding our Transport & Infrastructure | WSP team in Santander, Madrid, or Granada, within the Civil Structures and Bridges | WSP area, and we are looking to bring on board a Civil Engineer with a specialization in Structures.

You will take part in real projects from day one, handling the structural assessment of existing bridges, developing inspection plans and material testing, defining rehabilitation solutions and maintenance plans, as well as designing structural reinforcements. You will work in a collaborative environment with access to innovative methodologies and international projects that will boost your professional growth.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer, or someone with a Master's in Civil Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in bridge rehabilitation, solid knowledge of structural analysis and design, and the ability to tackle complex projects with technical rigor and innovation.

Advanced proficiency in specific software for structural analysis and calculation is essential, as well as a high level of English (minimum B2) to collaborate on international projects. Estamos ampliando nuestro equipo de Transporte e Infraestructuras | WSP en Santander, Madrid, o Granada, dentro del área de Estructuras Civiles y Puentes | WSP, y buscamos incorporar a un/a Ingeniero/a de Caminos, Canales y Puertos con especialización en Estructuras.

Participarás en proyectos reales desde el primer día encargándote de la evaluación estructural de puentes existentes, el desarrollo de planes de inspección y ensayos de materiales, la definición de soluciones de rehabilitación y planes de mantenimiento, así como el diseño de refuerzos estructurales. Trabajarás en un entorno colaborativo, con acceso a metodologías innovadoras y proyectos internacionales que impulsarán tu crecimiento profesional.

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, o Máster en Ingeniería Civil, con al menos 5 años de experiencia en rehabilitación de puentes, con sólidos conocimientos en cálculo y diseño estructural, y capacidad para abordar proyectos complejos con rigor técnico e innovación.

Es imprescindible contar con manejo avanzado de software específico para análisis y cálculo estructural, así como un nivel alto de inglés (mínimo B2) que permita colaborar en proyectos internacionales.
