Due to the growth of our Building | WSP area, we want to add two BIM Coordinators for Building Projects to our teams in Madrid.

Your responsibilities will include leading the management and coordination of building projects under the BIM methodology, providing strategic vision and ensuring the correct integration of all disciplines, the technical quality of the models, and efficiency in collaborative work environments.

Within your main duties, you will handle the comprehensive management of BIM building projects, leading the coordination of all disciplines involved and ensuring proper model integration. You will be responsible for preparing, updating, and controlling the project's BIM documentation (BEP, MIDP, MPDT, RACI matrices, among others), as well as managing collaborative environments (CDE) and BIM platforms, ensuring efficient workflows. You will also oversee BIM quality control and the detection and resolution of clashes, actively contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of the BIM methodology within the company, in coordination with the WSP Spain BIM team.

We are looking for a professional with a degree in Architecture and specialized training in BIM methodology (Master's in BIM Management from a recognized institution), with a solid track record in building projects. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the sector is required, including at least 5 years as a BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator, as well as advanced proficiency in key tools such as Revit and Navisworks. Extensive experience with collaborative environments and CDE platforms, especially BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Forma, will be valued, along with a high level of English, both written and spoken, to operate in international environments.

Debido al crecimiento de nuestra área de Edificación | WSP , queremos incorporar en nuestros equipos de en Madrid a dos Coordinadores/as BIM para Proyectos de Edificación.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán liderar la gestión y coordinación de proyectos de edificación bajo metodología BIM, aportando una visión estratégica y asegurando la correcta integración de todas las disciplinas, la calidad técnica de los modelos y la eficiencia en los entornos de trabajo colaborativos.

Dentro de tus funciones principales te encargarás de la gestión integral de proyectos BIM de edificación, liderando la coordinación de todas las disciplinas implicadas y asegurando una correcta integración de los modelos. Serás responsable de la elaboración, actualización y control de la documentación BIM del proyecto (BEP, MIDP, MPDT, matrices RACI, entre otros), así como de la gestión de los entornos colaborativos (CDE) y de las plataformas BIM, garantizando la eficiencia en los flujos de trabajo. Asimismo, supervisarás el control de calidad BIM y la detección y resolución de interferencias (clash detection), contribuyendo activamente a la implantación y mejora continua de la metodología BIM en la compañía, en coordinación con el equipo BIM de WSP Spain.

Buscamos un perfil profesional con Grado en Arquitectura y formación especializada en metodología BIM (Máster BIM Manager en una institución de reconocido prestigio), que aporte una sólida trayectoria en proyectos de edificación. Será imprescindible contar con una experiencia mínima de 10 años en el sector, incluyendo al menos 5 años como BIM Manager o Coordinador/a BIM, así como un dominio avanzado de herramientas clave como Revit y Navisworks. Se valorará una amplia experiencia en el uso de entornos colaborativos y plataformas CDE, especialmente BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) y Forma, junto con un nivel alto de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado, que permita desenvolverse en entornos internacionales.
