We are looking for an Industrial Engineer or a professional with a Degree in Industrial Engineering and a University Master's in Industrial Engineering (MECES level 3 or EQF level 7), with a solid track record in thermal installation projects and site management.
It is essential to provide at least 10 years of experience in the drafting of execution projects and/or site management of medium and large-scale thermal installations, demonstrating deep knowledge of regulations, execution, and commissioning.
You must certify that you have been responsible for the drafting and site management of at least two thermal plants with a capacity equal to or greater than 20 MW, fully constructed and operational, providing certificates from the contracting entity or the professional association. Likewise, it will be necessary to demonstrate experience in projects and site management of a minimum of three biomass thermal plants with a capacity equal to or greater than 5 MW, likewise executed and put into service, providing the corresponding accrediting certificates.

Your responsibilities will include the planning, control, and technical supervision of the works, including inspections, incident resolution, material review, quality control, and compliance with the Works Plan, Quality Plan, and Waste Management Plan.
You will be in charge of documentary and administrative management, including minutes, official procedures, Order Books, monthly reports (technical, economic, and photographic), measurements, and schedule monitoring, as well as coordination and communication with the Client, Contractor, and external organizations, managing changes, modifications, legalizations, and liaison with administrations and utility companies. Finally, the closing and final handover, including the certificate of completion, final documentation, and the Building Logbook.
