Due to strong growth in our Power & Energy | WSP area, we want to add to our Bioenergy & Thermal | WSP team in Valladolid, Madrid, or León a Site Manager for Biomass Thermal Plants.

Your responsibilities will include planning, control, and technical supervision of the construction work, including inspections, resolving issues, reviewing materials, quality control, and compliance with the Work Plan, Quality Plan, and Waste Management Plan.

You will handle document and administrative management, including meeting minutes, official procedures, the Site Log Book, monthly reports (technical, financial, and photographic), measurements, and schedule tracking, as well as coordination and communication with the Client, Contractor, and external bodies, managing changes, modifications, legalizations, and liaison with authorities and utility companies. Finally, you will manage project closure and final handover, including the certificate of completion, final documentation, and the Building Log Book.

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer or a professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering (MECES level 3 or EQF level 7), with a solid track record in thermal installation projects and construction management.

At least 10 years of experience in drafting execution projects and/or managing the construction of medium- and high-capacity thermal installations is essential, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of regulations, execution, and commissioning.

You must prove that you have been responsible for the design and construction management of at least two thermal plants with a capacity of 20 MW or more, fully built and commissioned, providing certificates from the contracting entity or the professional association. Likewise, you must demonstrate experience in projects and construction management of at least three biomass thermal plants with a capacity of 5 MW or more, also completed and in service, providing the corresponding supporting certificates.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in complex energy projects, comprehensive technical management skills, and extensive knowledge of thermal plants, biomass, energy efficiency, and construction execution, with a focus on quality, safety, and delivering results.

Debido al fuerte crecimiento en nuestra área de Power & Energy | WSP, queremos incorporar en nuestro equipo Bioenergy & Thermal | WSP en Valladolid, Madrid o León a un/a Director/a Facultativo/a de Plantas Térmicas de Biomasa

Tus responsabilidades incluirán la planificación, control y supervisión técnica de la obra, incluyendo inspecciones, resolución de incidencias, revisión de materiales, control de calidad y cumplimiento del Plan de Obra, Plan de Calidad y Plan de Gestión de Residuos.

Te encargarás de la gestión documental y administrativa, con actas, trámites oficiales, Libro de Órdenes, informes mensuales (técnicos, económicos y fotográficos), mediciones y seguimiento del cronograma así como de la coordinación y comunicación con el Cliente, Contratista y organismos externos, gestionando cambios, modificaciones, legalizaciones e interlocución con administraciones y compañías de servicios. Por último el cierre y entrega final, incluyendo certificado de fin de obra, documentación final y Libro del Edificio.

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Industrial o un/a profesional con Grado en Ingeniería Industrial y Máster Universitario en Ingeniería Industrial (nivel 3 MECES o nivel 7 EQF), con una sólida trayectoria en proyectos de instalaciones térmicas y dirección de obra.

Es imprescindible aportar al menos 10 años de experiencia en la redacción de proyectos de ejecución y/o la dirección de obra de instalaciones térmicas de media y gran potencia, demostrando un conocimiento profundo de normativa, ejecución y puesta en marcha.

Deberás acreditar que has sido responsable de la redacción y dirección de obra de, al menos, dos plantas térmicas con potencia igual o superior a 20 MW, completamente construidas y puestas en funcionamiento, aportando certificados de la entidad contratante o del colegio profesional. Asimismo, será necesario demostrar experiencia en proyectos y direcciones de obra de un mínimo de tres plantas térmicas de biomasa con potencia igual o superior a 5 MW, igualmente ejecutadas y puestas en servicio, aportando los certificados acreditativos correspondientes.

Buscamos a una persona con experiencia contrastada en proyectos energéticos complejos, capacidad de gestión técnica integral y amplio conocimiento en plantas térmicas, biomasa, eficiencia energética y ejecución de obra, orientada a la calidad, la seguridad y la entrega de resultados.
