About the role

At y Tú we have a mission: to make clean energy the most obvious choice for businesses. And we are already making an impact thanks to the brilliant, proactive people who join our team.

To support our growth in Spain, we are looking for ambitious commercial profiles who want to generate impact, take responsibility, and help shape the future of renewable energy. That's where you come in.

Solar energy was the first step. But today, it is no longer enough.

Businesses need energy resilience:

● Less exposure to the grid

● Less dependence on gas

● Predictable, low-cost energy

● Backup solutions when something fails

● Being prepared for what comes next

That's why we are strengthening our commercial team with an Energy Transition Business Developer, someone capable of shaping these solutions through real conversations with real businesses.

If reading this makes you think: "yes, this is exactly the conversation businesses should be having", that's a good sign.

y Tú is part of the Swiss solar group Youdera, backed by long-term investors focused on distributed energy in Europe: energy built for your own site.

One site at a time.
One resilient business at a time.

What you'll do

  • Identify new business opportunities with commercial and industrial (B2B) clients to design resilient, future-proof energy strategies, combining:
    • Solar PV
    • Batteries and storage
    • Backup solutions
    • Electrification (moving away from gas)
    • Electric vehicle charging
    • PPAs
    • Roof renovation and infrastructure upgrades
  • Have real conversations with decision-makers (C-level, asset managers, sustainability and operations teams) about risk, energy dependence, cost predictability, and business continuity. You will prepare these conversations by gathering insights from facility management and other technical profiles.
  • Lead long-cycle, high-value sales processes, where trust matters as much as the numbers.
  • Work hand in hand with our internal sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure that what is sold can actually be delivered.
  • Track your pipeline and performance (yes, we use Salesforce) to continuously improve how we sell and how we scale.
  • Turn signed contracts into long-term relationships, not one-off projects.

What you'll get

  • An entrepreneurial environment where your ideas truly matter. You will be part of a dynamic, international team driving innovation and transforming the renewable energy sector.
  • Learn from the best. You will work alongside a highly experienced team of industry leaders with a strong track record in solar energy.
  • A mission that matters. You will work for a company that is actively changing the world. No pressure… but the future of renewable energy is literally in your hands.
  • Growth opportunities. You will be a key player in our expansion and will have plenty of room to grow as the company grows.
  • Amazing team events. From offsites in Portugal and Switzerland to local meetups, we believe in celebrating successes together.
  • Competitive salary and growth plan (we'll talk numbers face to face).
  • The stability of an international group, without the corporate nonsense.

So… shall we get to know each other?

How you'll work

Our headquarters are in Zaragoza, but this is a very field-oriented role. You will spend most of your time where decisions are made: with clients. We are open to candidates based in Zaragoza, Catalonia, or northern Spain (Galicia / Basque Country).
