Collective Life-Risk Policy Specialist

I'm Mariana, the recruiter for this position. Traveling is one of my greatest joys, and what makes it even more special is being able to experience those moments with my family and our beloved cat, Rosita.

And you might be wondering: Mariana, what will my day-to-day be like wearing the blue jersey? I love that you ask that question (I asked it myself back in the day):

We are looking for a Collective Life-Risk Policy Specialist, within the USM Life unit, to handle the end-to-end management of large corporations throughout the entire life cycle of a group policy.

• You will be the person responsible for the operations of clients with Group Risk Insurance.
• You will proactively ensure that all group insurance operations are carried out on time, efficiently, and with excellent service.
• You will be the point of contact with the Broker and/or the HR manager or Financial manager of the companies, to ensure that all group insurance operations are carried out and delivered on time and in the proper manner.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that the SLA's and KPI's set in the policy are met.
• You will proactively provide clients with the information required by law and by contract.

At this point, you might be wondering, how do I know if I'm a fit?

Don't worry, I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

• You have the ability to work in a team and a strong focus on customer service and results.
• You bring decision-making and communication skills.
• You are a proactive person.
• You have a strong command of the Office suite (Excel, at a demonstrably high level, etc.).
• You are focused on service excellence.
• You have knowledge of the Proteo application (a plus).
• You bring experience in life or accident insurance management (a plus).
• You have an intermediate level of English.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics.

Buscamos un/a Especialista en Pólizas Colectivas de Vida Riesgo, dentro de la unidad de USM Vida, para llevar la gestión integral de grandes corporaciones en el proceso end to end de la vida de una póliza colectiva.

• Serás la persona responsable de Operativa de clientes con Seguros Colectivos de Riesgo.
• Asegurarás de forma proactiva que todas las operaciones de seguros colectivos se realizan en fecha y de forma eficiente y con un servicio excelente.
• Serás la persona de contacto con el Broker y/o con el responsable de RRHH o responsable Financiero de las Empresas, para asegurar que toda la operativa de seguros colectivos se realiza y se proporciona en fecha y forma.
• Responsable de que los SLA’s y KPI’s fijados en la póliza se cumplan.
• Facilitarás de forma proactiva la información a los clientes regulada por ley y por contrato.

A estas alturas, te estarás preguntando, ¿Cómo sé si encajo?

No te preocupes, no te voy a pedir que salves el planeta ni que cumplas el 100% de los requisitos.

• Tienes capacidad de trabajar en equipo y con alta orientación al cliente y resultados.
• Aportas capacidad de toma de decisiones y comunicación.
• Eres una persona proactiva.
• Dominas el paquete office (Excel, nivel alto demostrable, etc).
• Estás Enfocado/a a la excelencia en el servicio.
• Tienes conocimiento del aplicativo Proteo (valorable).
• Aportas experiencia en la gestión de seguros de vida o accidentes (valorable).
• Tienes un nivel de inglés intermedio.
• Aportas Licenciatura / Grado en Económicas/ ADE o Estadística.
