About the role

At Sabadell Zurich, you will join the Collective Plans team, where your main goal will be to manage and monitor benefits files, ensuring agile, rigorous processing aligned with current regulations. 

Your contribution will be key to driving continuous improvement of internal procedures, as well as identifying and resolving issues, providing quality service and meeting defined SLAs. You will work in a collaborative, business-oriented environment.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of processes related to benefits payments, coordinating with the different areas involved and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service levels. Your contribution will be key to guaranteeing quality service for participants, beneficiaries and sponsoring companies, driving continuous process improvement and ensuring compliance with service levels and regulatory requirements.

In addition, you will actively participate in initiatives aimed at:

  • Process efficiency and automation.
  • Improving the experience of participants and beneficiaries.
  • Adapting to and complying with regulatory and tax requirements.
  • Improving operational controls and mitigating risks.

Furthermore, you will work closely with the Tax, Technology, Operations and other business teams to ensure the proper resolution of incidents and appropriate management of the most complex cases.

What we're looking for

  • Higher-level vocational training (FP Grado Superior) or a bachelor's or licentiate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or similar fields.
  • Intermediate level of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and Catalan.
  • B2 level of English.
  • Experience in managing benefits for Occupational Pension Plans (PPE) or social welfare products.
  • Knowledge of the regulations and taxation applicable to pension plan benefits.
  • Ability to analyze documentation, validate requirements and manage files associated with contingencies such as retirement, disability and death.
  • Ability to identify and resolve operational issues, coordinating with the different areas involved.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple files simultaneously, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service levels.
