We are looking to bring in Agentic AI Engineer profiles through a 5-week intensive program that combines hands-on training and a final project, with subsequent placement on large-scale projects within Accenture, enabling autonomous integration into technical teams from day one.

Functions

:

• Design and implement advanced artificial intelligence systems based on large language models (LLMs), including techniques such as fine-tuning, LoRA, and PEFT.
• Build and optimize model evaluation pipelines, defining metrics and validation frameworks beyond standard benchmarks.
• Develop intelligent agent architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS AgentCore.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems with planning, tool-use, and memory capabilities, integrating structured knowledge bases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Experience in designing and operating AI systems and scalable data pipelines in production environments, including contexts with reliability, explainability, or auditability requirements.
• Experience with advanced AI technologies such as agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AWS AgentCore), multi-agent systems, and contributions to knowledge graphs, the semantic web, or open-source projects.

Knowledge and experience in the use of generative AI and AI tools applied to the workplace are required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

:

• University degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• Experience in production environments developing, evaluating, and optimizing AI/ML solutions based on LLMs (including fine-tuning, PEFT, LoRA, or instruction tuning), with a focus on defining metrics and analyzing model behavior.
• Experience with Python programming.
• Minimum English level B2

Funciones

:

• Diseñar e implementar sistemas avanzados de inteligencia artificial basados en large language models (LLMs), incluyendo técnicas como fine-tuning, LoRA y PEFT.
• Construir y optimizar pipelines de evaluación de modelos, definiendo métricas y frameworks de validación más allá de benchmarks estándar.
• Desarrollar arquitecturas de agentes inteligentes utilizando frameworks como LangChain, LangGraph o AWS AgentCore.
• Diseñar e implementar sistemas multi-agente con capacidades de planificación, herramientas y memoria, integrando bases de conocimiento estructuradas y retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Experiencia en diseño y operación de sistemas de IA y pipelines de datos escalables en entornos productivos, incluyendo contextos con requisitos de fiabilidad, explicabilidad o auditabilidad.
• Experiencia en tecnologías avanzadas de IA como frameworks de agentes (LangChain, LangGraph, AWS AgentCore), sistemas multi-agente y contribuciones en knowledge graphs, semantic web o proyectos open-source.

Se requiere conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de inteligencia artificial generativa y herramientas de IA aplicadas al puesto de trabajo, en línea con la apuesta de Accenture por un uso responsable y efectivo de la IA.
