Professional experience in similar positions is essential, along with experience and knowledge in the following technical areas:

• Experience in designing, deploying, and evolving PaaS platforms and cloud architectures for Artificial Intelligence services.
• Knowledge of AI Serving, MLOps, and operating AI models in production, including pipeline automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance management.
• Experience in integrating AI agents, security mechanisms, and governance (guardrails), ensuring traceability, compliance, and data control.
• Knowledge of training, fine-tuning, validation, and deployment processes for models oriented to specific use cases.

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge in large-scale IaaS platforms, preferably on Red Hat OpenStack Services on OpenShift (RHOSO).
• Experience in backup solutions, SAN/NAS storage, and object storage is a plus.
• Knowledge of corporate network infrastructures, cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI), and ITIL frameworks is a plus.

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.

Your mission will be to design, develop, integrate, and certify the best technical solutions to offer:

• AI PaaS Services (Platform as a Service oriented to Artificial Intelligence) aimed at enterprise and sector-specific environments.
• IaaS Services (Infrastructure as a Service) for cloud infrastructure, based on supported distributions of the OpenStack open-source framework that support the artificial intelligence platforms required for the previous point.
• CaaS Services (Containers as a Service) offered on various Kubernetes-based container distributions, which support the artificial intelligence platforms required for the previous point.

Within this scope of technical solutions, your main day-to-day tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Designing and evolving cloud solutions and platforms, defining their technical architecture and integrating vendor technologies and API-based developments.
• Collaborating with Product teams on the technical definition, validation, and continuous improvement of services.
• Integrating platforms with corporate infrastructure (network, storage, and backup), OSS/BSS systems, and security tools.
• Defining and automating validation, testing, certification, and integration processes for services and APIs.
• Ensuring the security, availability, capacity, and regulatory compliance of platforms and services.
• Maintaining technical documentation, leading update and deployment strategies, and supporting engineering teams in managing SLAs and service capacity.
