Cloud Security Architect

We are looking for a

who will lead the design, definition, and implementation of the organization's cloud security strategy. This person will be responsible for defining the security vision and roadmap in multi-cloud environments, establishing secure architecture patterns, leading design reviews and threat modeling, and ensuring regulatory compliance at an enterprise scale. They will act as a technical reference for development, infrastructure, and management teams, translating complex technical risks into business impact and supporting strategic decision-making.

• Job Responsibilities
• Design and implement end-to-end cloud security architectures in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments, covering network, identity, data, and applications.
• Lead architecture reviews, threat modeling, and security assessments for new platforms, cloud services, and digital solutions.
• Define and integrate advanced security controls into CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps environments, containers, and Kubernetes platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise technical and business teams on risk management, cloud incident response, and large-scale remediation plans.
• Define security standards, policies, and cloud security patterns aligned with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA.
• Design and implement advanced identity and access management models, including federation, SSO, conditional access policies, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Automate security controls using Infrastructure as Code and advanced scripting with Python, Bash, Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Design encryption strategies, key management (KMS), sensitive data protection, and DLP solutions in cloud environments.
• Lead the use and evolution of SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, CWPP, and CNAPP tools for detection, response, and continuous improvement of the security posture.
• Act as a technical reference and mentor, supporting talent development and collaborating cross-functionally with DevOps, development, compliance, and management teams.

Buscamos un/a

que lidere el diseño, definición e implementación de la estrategia de seguridad cloud de la organización. Será la persona responsable de definir la visión y la hoja de ruta de seguridad en entornos multi‑cloud, establecer patrones de arquitectura segura, liderar revisiones de diseño y modelado de amenazas, y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo a escala empresarial. Actuará como referente técnico para equipos de desarrollo, infraestructura y dirección, traduciendo riesgos técnicos complejos en impacto de negocio y apoyando la toma de decisiones estratégicas.Funciones a realizar

• Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas de seguridad cloud end‑to‑end en entornos AWS, Azure y/o GCP, cubriendo red, identidad, datos y aplicaciones.
• Liderar revisiones de arquitectura, threat modeling y evaluaciones de seguridad para nuevas plataformas, servicios cloud y soluciones digitales.
• Definir e integrar controles de seguridad avanzados en pipelines CI/CD, entornos DevSecOps, contenedores y plataformas Kubernetes.
• Asesorar a equipos técnicos y de negocio en la gestión de riesgos, respuesta a incidentes cloud y planes de remediación a gran escala.

Responsabilidades

• Definir estándares, políticas y patrones de seguridad cloud alineados con frameworks como NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI‑DSS e HIPAA.
• Diseñar e implementar modelos avanzados de identidad e IAM, incluyendo federación, SSO, políticas condicionales y arquitecturas Zero Trust.
• Automatizar controles de seguridad mediante Infrastructure as Code y scripting avanzado con Python, Bash, Terraform, CloudFormation o Pulumi.
• Diseñar estrategias de cifrado, gestión de claves (KMS), protección de datos sensibles y soluciones DLP en entornos cloud.
• Liderar el uso y evolución de herramientas SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, CWPP y CNAPP para detección, respuesta y mejora continua de la postura de seguridad.
• Actuar como referente técnico y mentor, apoyando el desarrollo del talento y colaborando de forma transversal con equipos de DevOps, desarrollo, compliance y dirección.
• Participar en la evaluación de proveedores, soluciones de terceros y tecnologías emergentes como seguridad basada en IA, criptografía quantum‑safe o seguridad IoT/OT.
