- Development of complex SQL queries using CTEs, analytic functions, and advanced aggregations on Oracle and Teradata environments.
- Query performance optimization using Explain Plan, execution analysis, and application of SQL tuning techniques.
- Design of physical structures including partitioning, advanced indexing, compression, and data storage strategies.
- Implementation and maintenance of stored procedures and technical support for batch, streaming, and CDC load processes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical reference for databases within the Technical Office, defining SQL development standards and best practices.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks in production environments and propose solutions based on advanced tuning and redesign of physical structures.
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams in defining optimized physical data models for high volume.
