Customer Voice Technical Program Manager

• Have initial experience in technological, functional, or Customer Experience-related projects.
• Experience with Customer Voice initiatives and knowledge of platform integrations, CRM, or solution architectures will be valued.
• Knowledge or experience with tools such as Qualtrics XM, Medallia, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Snowflake will be valued.
• Use English at a B2 level for technical documentation and interaction with tools or vendors.
• Be able to work between technology and business teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Show analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and motivation to continue developing technical and functional knowledge.

You will join the IT area of Customer Service and Customer Voice, a strategic environment focused on transforming customer feedback into real improvements for products, services, and processes. As a Technical Program Manager, your mission will be to define and drive technological solutions that capture, analyze, and activate the voice of the customer across multiple channels such as surveys, customer service interactions, emails, and social media.
You will work in a hybrid role between technology, data, and business, coordinating technical and functional teams to design solutions that turn customer insights into concrete actions that improve the overall experience.

Main duties and requirements.

• Participate in defining and documenting functional and technical requirements for Customer Voice initiatives.
• Collaborate in designing functional flows and use cases for capturing, analyzing, and activating customer insights.
• Provide support in coordinating with development teams, functional analysts, and different stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, with the support of more experienced profiles.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data integrations between corporate platforms and Customer Experience tools.
• Collaborate on solutions for analyzing structured and unstructured data from customer feedback.
• Support the configuration of workflows and automated processes for negative feedback or detected incidents.
• Participate in customer data loading, processing, validation, and integration processes.
• Work cross-functionally with areas such as Customer Service, After-Sales, Data & Analytics, Marketing, CRM, and Technology.
