MISSION


Ensure the supply of goods and services for the organization, guaranteeing the best commercial conditions through reasonable, fair, and transparent processes aligned with corporate objectives.

What you'll do

FUNCTIONS

Reporting to the Category Manager, the following functions will be assumed:

  • Management of strategic tenders, maintenance of MAs and analysis of their correct use, as well as uncontrolled monitoring of amounts via user/supplier orders.

  • Support or requests for quotes/tenders to suppliers.

  • Management of general purchase orders.

  • Management of new supplier registrations, ensuring and supporting the supplier in registration in procur-e, in the homologation process.

  • Ensure that users know and comply with purchasing policies/guidelines and application of procedures.

  • Interact closely with technical staff and assist them with training in user purchases and framework agreement purchases, order receipts, follow-up reports, as well as in the supplier evaluation procedure per order.

  • Ensure the proper use of purchasing channels and item groups.

  • Ensure that operations managers comply with requirements in high-risk work subcontracts.

  • Channel incidents and improvements in Framework Agreements, communicating to the category manager if modifications or additions of new materials/services are needed.

  • Detect low-value orders from suppliers outside those established for the business, to redirect them to agreed suppliers.

  • Management of incidents in the tools, and if not resolved, escalation to the Purchasing Director.

  • Ensure user registrations and deactivations in purchasing systems, as well as the approval flow for purchase requests.

  • Minimization of SAP Ariba incidents due to lack of receipt or due to supplier claims regarding it.

  • Contribute, in the corresponding part, to meeting the purchasing area objectives, as well as individual objectives.

Candidate requirements

EDUCATION


- Vocational training in Administration and Finance, or similar.

EXPERIENCE


- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE


Tools:

- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of ERP tools (SAP).
- Experience with purchasing management software (SAP Ariba, or similar).
- Knowledge of corporate purchasing regulations and policies.
