About the role

Acciona, in its construction business line, needs to hire 3 Process and Cost Technicians for an important Data Center construction project in Zaragoza.

Integrated into the project's technical office team, the duties will be:

Position Description

Mission:
Collaborate and support the projects carried out by their business unit/department, in accordance with the guidelines given by their supervisor, in order to improve through their work both the decision-making processes and the project execution processes, and to bring added value to the internal client through their professional performance.

They are responsible for implementing and monitoring cost control mechanisms and the quality of services provided by external suppliers in the operational management of buildings and employee services. Activities include: monitoring the adequacy of services provided by external suppliers against what is established in contracts; applying the penalties established in the SLAs of contracts when necessary; advising on the renegotiation and renewal of contracts in force; and preparing and distributing a reporting system for activity control.

Candidate requirements

Education in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or similar.
Minimum two years of experience performing similar functions in construction projects.
English B2 or higher (essential).
Availability to work in person in the province of Zaragoza.
