Site Manager

Position Description

Mission:

Implement the assigned parts of the project within his/her unit/department, in keeping with established procedures, facilitating compliance with established deadlines and coordinating the necessary resources (human and material), so as to contribute to significantly improving the project.

They are responsible for the performance of work contracts. They plan, optimise and supervise the usage of resources to ensure that the construction projects are carried out on time, with the prescribed specifications and cost. Their most common duties include: Managing contracts and procuring the required permits and licenses, drawing up budget estimates, planning and setting out the phases of construction, supervising the sub-contractors’ tasks and the tasks of the subordinate staff or workers, verifying the progress achieved and the quality of the work during all phases of the project, representing the company in relevant matters, etc.

Candidate requirements

Requirements:

- Aeronautical Engineer, Technical Aeronautical Engineer, Aerospace Graduate, or Master's in Aerospace Engineering.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Site Manager or Delegate in new construction and/or remodeling/expansion projects of terminals at Large Airports.

- Ability to manage projects with large economic volume.

- Geographic mobility.

Requisitos del candidato

Requisitos:

- Ingeniero/a Aeronáutico, Ingeniero/a Técnico Aeronáutico, Graduado/a Aeroespacial o Máster en Ingeniería Aeroespacial.

- Experiencia mínima de 15 años como Jefe de Obra o Delegado en obras de nueva construcción y/o remodelación/ampliación de terminales de Grandes Aeropuertos.

- Capacidad para gestionar proyectos de gran volumen económico.

- Movilidad geográfica.
