What you'll do

DUTIES

  • Posting job openings on various job boards and specialized platforms.
  • Active sourcing and attraction of candidates through different channels, both online and offline.
  • Resume screening, performing the initial analysis of CVs to identify the most suitable profiles.

- Digital interview and selection platforms (Teams, Zoom, or similar)

- Knowledge and use of office tools for data and report management
- Understanding of the labor market and talent trends, including labor regulations, salary expectations, and talent attraction dynamics
- Experience in active talent sourcing and selection techniques.

  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
