Recruitment Technician

• Temporary contract starting from 3 months

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:15 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00

• 1 day of remote work per week

• Salary commensurate with experience

MISSION
Manage recruitment processes comprehensively within an assigned region or business unit, from the receipt of the hiring request to the candidate's onboarding.

• Publication of job offers on various job portals and specialized platforms.

• Active search for and attraction of applications through different sources, both online and offline.

• CV screening, carrying out the initial analysis of CVs to identify the most suitable profiles.

• Conducting telephone, online and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates based on the requirements of the position.

• Assessment of competency and technical tests, as well as the preparation of detailed reports on the results.

• Coordination of interviews between candidates and the managers of the corresponding departments.

• Daily, fluid communication with cleaning service managers to ensure the progress of the selection processes.

• Use of internal platforms

• Administrative management related to the selection process

EDUCATION
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar.

EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
Tools
- Microsoft Office (Intermediate)
- Employment portals and professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, InfoJobs)
- Digital interview and selection platforms (Teams, Zoom, or similar)
Other
- Knowledge and use of office tools for data and report management
- Understanding of the labor market and talent trends, including labor regulations, salary expectations, and talent attraction dynamics
- Experience in active sourcing and direct recruitment techniques.
