About the role

ACCIONA, in its Facility Services division, is seeking a service manager to fill a vacancy due to a leave of absence in the Northern area (Basque Country, Navarre, La Rioja, and Aragon).

Position Description

Mission:
Collaborate and provide support in the projects carried out by their business unit/department, in accordance with the guidelines given by their supervisor, in order to improve both decision-making and project execution processes through their work.

Candidate requirements

- Degree in industrial engineering or technical industrial engineering.

- Advanced knowledge of office software and proficiency in AutoCAD at a

professional level.

- Professional certifications in electricity and HVAC, heating, and domestic hot water.

- English level B2 or higher is a plus.

- Management of profit and loss accounts, experience in the comprehensive management of
