The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children participating in the hotel's kids club activities. Their primary role is to supervise children, organize recreational and educational activities, ensure their well-being, and provide excellent service to both the minors and their families.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Plan, organize, and lead recreational, sporting, educational, and creative activities adapted to different ages.
• Welcome children and their families, explaining the Kids Club rules and procedures.
• Register and monitor participant attendance.
• Maintain facilities, toys, and materials in perfect condition of cleanliness and order.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations established by the hotel.
• Properly attend to and manage any incidents, accidents, or emergencies.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and fun environment for all participants.
• Collaborate in special events, themed celebrations, and family programs organized by the hotel.
• Inform parents about the activities performed and any relevant aspects regarding their children.
• Maintain a professional attitude and represent the hotel's service values and standards.
• Participate in training, meetings, and department activities when required.
